Sorry to hear about your turn signal dilema. I had the same problem recently with the signals. Turns out that I only needed to replace the turn signal relay (flasher). The Suzuki one is $50! Luckily, a Savage forum "buddy" told me that any 12 volt relay would work. I went to a local motorcycle shop and bought a new "generic" relay for $5. It works perfectly. I was even able to remount the flasher relay with the same "rubber band" clamp the original fit in. The relay is just under the front right of the gas tank. I didn't need to remove the tank to change the relay.
